Bank Audi is pleased to announce the successful completion of the sale of its stake in Odeabank A.S., its subsidiary in Türkiye, to ADQ Financial Services LLC, an indirect subsidiary of ADQ. This follows the signing of the definitive agreement on October 14, 2024 and receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, including from the Banking Regulatory and Supervisory Authority (BRSA) and Competition Authority in Türkiye.
