BANK AUDI France is committed to promoting professional equality and strives to respect the principle of non-discrimination between women and men.
Thus, in accordance with the legal provisions currently applicable, BANK AUDI France has decided to establish, since 2012, an action plan aimed at promoting professional equality between women and men.
The action plan sets the progress objectives, the quantified monitoring indicators as well as the actions enabling them to be achieved.
BANK AUDI France carried out in 2026, as every year, an analysis of the demographic characteristics of its staff and this study made it possible to identify the main characteristics and to optimize this action plan with regard to equality between the two gender (proportion in the workforce, job / service assignment, status, remuneration, promotion, etc.)
After this precise examination of the diagnosis on professional equality and with regard to the results obtained during the implementation of the previous action plan, BANK AUDI France has defined the 3 fields of action in which it undertakes to keep working in favor of gender equality, namely:
The gender Equal Pay Index for 2025 is 54/100.
The Index for 2024 couldn’t be calculated (workforce too small).
In details :
Corrective actions are planned, in particular on the 1st and 4th indicators.
1st indicator: Continue to ensure upstream a targeted analysis and strategy for future recruitments, in order to balance, as much as possible, the hiring of women and men, for the most qualified and therefore the most paid positions (categories on which we observe the largest difference).
It should be noted that our establishment has a reduced workforce (63 employees taken into account for the 2025 Index), which take a little time to balance these remunerations, the most qualified jobs being occupied by employees in post for a long time, and not leaving the establishment, we are therefore impacted and remain dependent on this important parameter.
4th indicator: Balance as much as possible the number of women and men in the Bank's Top 10 remuneration, particularly during periods of salary increases and during future recruitments.
As with the first indicator, the discrepancy is mainly explained by the management positions (directors, department heads), which are predominantly held for a long time by men who are not planning to leave the institution in the short term.
Therefore, here too, we are dependent on this stability factor.
Bank AUDI France continues to promote professional equality between women and men.
A professional equality agreement was signed on March 17, 2017 as part of the bank's collective agreement. Through this agreement, the social partners intend to continue and amplify the measures already taken to guarantee professional equality, the development of diversity and the promotion of parity between women and men.
